Shipping Policy

At The Rich Beard, we are committed to delivering your grooming essentials quickly and reliably. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how and when your products will arrive.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping across the United States, with free shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts and before taxes).
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, The Rich Beard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at chad@therichbeard.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. The Rich Beard is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or refusal of delivery, a reshipping fee will apply. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
