Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of The Rich Beard products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

You must provide a valid order number.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to return your package.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Chad@therichbeard.com. We’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
If you’d like a different product, the fastest way is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at Chad@therichbeard.com.
